मुरली सार:- “मीठे बच्चे – बाप की श्रीमत पर चलकर अपना श्रृंगार करो, परचिन्तन से अपना श्रृंगार मत बिगाड़ो, टाइम वेस्ट न करो”
प्रश्न:- तुम बच्चे बाप से भी तीखे जादूगर हो – कैसे?
उत्तर:- यहाँ बैठे-बैठे तुम इन लक्ष्मी-नारायण जैसा अपना श्रृंगार कर रहे हो। यहाँ बैठे अपने आपको चेन्ज कर रहे हो, यह भी जादूगरी है। सिर्फ अल्फ को याद करने से तुम्हारा श्रृंगार हो जाता है। कोई हाथ-पांव चलाने की भी बात नहीं सिर्फ विचार की बात है। योग से तुम साफ, स्वच्छ और शोभनिक बन जाते हो, तुम्हारी आत्मा और शरीर कंचन बन जाता है, यह भी कमाल है ना।
धारणा के लिए मुख्य सार :-
1) दूसरी सब बातों को छोड़ इसी धुन में रहना है कि हम लक्ष्मी-नारायण जैसा श्रृंगारधारी कैसे बने?
2) अपने से पूछना है कि :-
(1) हम श्रीमत पर चलकर मनमनाभव की चाबी से अपना श्रृंगार ठीक कर रहे हैं?
(2) उल्टी सुल्टी बातें सुनकर वा सुनाकर श्रृंगार बिगाड़ते तो नहीं हैं?
(3) आपस में प्रेम से रहते हैं? अपना वैल्युबुल टाइम कहीं पर वेस्ट तो नहीं करते हैं?
(4) दैवी स्वभाव धारण किया है?
वरदान:- शान्ति की शक्ति द्वारा असम्भव को सम्भव करने वाले सहजयोगी भव
शान्ति की शक्ति सर्वश्रेष्ठ शक्ति है। शान्ति की शक्ति से ही और सब शक्तियां निकली हैं। साइन्स की शक्ति का भी जो प्रभाव है वह साइंस भी साइलेन्स से निकली है। तो शान्ति की शक्ति से जो चाहो वह कर सकते हो। असम्भव को भी सम्भव कर सकते हो। जिसे दुनिया वाले असम्भव कहते हैं वह आपके लिए सम्भव है और सम्भव होने के कारण सहज है। शान्ति की शक्ति को धारण कर सहजयोगी बनो।
स्लोगन:- वाणी द्वारा सबको सुख और शान्ति दो तो गायन योग्य बनेंगे।

Essence: Sweet children, follow the Father’s shrimat and decorate yourselves. Do not spoil your decoration by thinking about others. Do not waste your time.
Question: How are you children cleverer magicians than the Father?
Answer: Whilst sitting here, you are decorating yourselves to become like Lakshmi and Narayan. While sitting here you are changing yourselves: this too is magic. By remembering Alpha alone, you become decorated. There is no need to use your hands and feet, for it is just a question of thinking about it. By having yoga, you become clean, pure and beautiful. Both you, the souls, and your bodies become pure, and that too is a wonder.
Essence for dharna:
1. Renounce everything else and simply be concerned about how to become decorated like Lakshmi and Narayan.
2. Ask yourself:
1) Am I decorating myself very well by following shrimat and using the key of manmanabhav?
2) Am I spoiling my decoration by speaking and listening to wrong things?
3) Do I interact with everyone with love? Am I wasting my valuable time anywhere?
4) Have I adopted a divine nature?
Blessing: May you be an easy yogi who makes the impossible possible with the power of silence.
The power of silence is the most elevated power. All other powers have emerged through the power of silence. The impact of the power of science has emerged from silence. You can achieve whatever you want through the power of silence. You can even make the impossible possible. Whatever the world considers to be impossible, you consider that to be possible and, because it is possible, it is easy. Imbibe the power of silence and become an easy yogi.
