उनमे माता है एक।
उसकी ममता मे ही मिलता है।

ईश्वर रूपी प्रेम।
रुके तो चांद जैसी है …..
चले तो हवाओं जैसी है।

वो माँ ही है … जो धूप में भी छाँव जैसी है।
संतान चाहे कितनी भी बड़ी हो जाये।

लेकिन छोटा नही होता माँ का आंचल कभी।
उसके आशीर्वाद में ही छिपी है ख़ुशियाँ सभी।

जिन लम्हों ने मुझे रूलाया बहुत।

उन पन्नो को मैं फाड़ देती।
जिन लम्हों ने दी मुझें ख़ुशियाँ बहुत।

उन पन्नो को मैं जोड लेती।
और रखती उसे संभाल कर।
हिसाब लगाती कि जिंदगी ने।

मुझें कितनी ख़ुशियाँ दी कितने गम।
क्या खोया और क्या पाया, मैंने।
कितनी खुशी और कितने गम।

♥ Fulfilling Desires By Changing Your Belief System – Part 1 ♥

One most important characteristic that differentiates the Supreme Soul from human souls is that the Supreme Soul is the only entity that exists in this World Drama that is completely desire-less and remains that way eternally. If we were to make a list of desires that human beings have, we would name a lot many and various different types of desires. Whatever karma or action any soul performs at different points in the World Drama, whether positive or even negative, pure or even impure, they are all performed to fulfill these different types of desires. But when seen from a spiritual perspective, whatever the external form of the desire may be, the internal desire is always very simple – to go back to its eternal (or inert) state of peace or original state of peace, love, joy and power. The eternal or inert state of each soul is the state in which it exists before it begins its journey of birth and rebirth, when it resides in the soul world and the original state of each soul is the state in which it exists when it has just begun its journey of birth and rebirth i.e. at the beginning of the birth-rebirth cycle. Even negative karmas based on the personality traits of anger, greed, ego, lust, etc. may externally seem to be filled with violence or impurity, but internally, each time any soul performs such karmas, all it desires is a return to its eternal and original state (we shall explain this in tomorrow’s message). But it does not realize how these karmas take the soul away and not close to these states.

This is where the role of the Supreme Soul comes in. The Supreme Soul is completely desire-less and possesses the capability, knowledge and power to fulfill these desires of the soul. Being the Supreme Teacher, He guides and teaches us what are the right karmas or actions that can help us fulfill our desires and take us closer to our eternal and original state and which actions, take us away from it. Also He is the only one who can teach us how to connect with Him so that these desires are fulfilled, because he is the Ocean of all the qualities that exist inside us in our eternal and original state and connecting with Him fills us with these qualities. The connection and the right actions, both, are vital for our progress.

As is the aim so is the qualification.

Thought to ponder: If I have a high aim, I will set high standards for myself. I will make efforts to reach that aim. So the qualities that I imbibe will be of a great standard too. So, it is important that I constantly set high standards for myself and make my life qualitatively better.

Point to practice: Today I will, in any one aspect, set an aim for myself. I will then check to see if I can do a bit better than what I think I can do right now. I will make sure I will set an aim for myself a bit higher than what I normally do. This will increase my qualities and will automatically keep me prepared for higher things.

♥ Fulfilling Desires By Changing Your Belief System – Part 2 ♥

We have been holding a lot of incorrect beliefs as to what can lead us to back to our eternal and original state and many of our actions are based on these beliefs. We have mentioned a few examples of incorrect beliefs below. There are many more, which you could reflect on.

Lust and attachment increases love in a relationship.

Anger is necessary for success in relationships and is important for getting work done and gaining respect. It provides a mental upsurge of energy.

Greed attracts physical prosperity and brings happiness.

Ego is power; a person with no ego is generally timid or submissive.

Worry prepares us for the worst, worrying for someone close is expressing our love for them.

Being emotional and crying for our loved ones in bad times, is expressing love for them. Being emotional and crying in good times is expressing and experiencing joy.

Gossiping increases social bonding and gives one an experience of joy.

Jealousy inspires us to do better and achieve more.

The Supreme Teacher changes our belief system and not only makes us aware of these incorrect beliefs but reconditions us by incorporating correct beliefs inside us so that we start performing karmas or actions based on them and start progressing towards our eternal and original state.

To end waste means to be free from defeat.

Thought to ponder: The one with faith in the intellect always remains at a distance from waste, whether it is waste thoughts, wste words or waste actions. To move away from waste means to be victorious. The one who is free from waste is busy with the positive and useful. Such a person is constantly searching for solutions and trying to make the best out of the situation.

Point to practice: It is because of waste that I sometimes experience defeat and sometimes victory. If I am able to finish waste, I am able to finish defeat. Because whatever the situation may be, however challenging it may be, if I am able to finish waste I am able to recognise the benefit that is merged within it and so I am able to experience being constantly victorious.

∇ असीमित ऊर्जा आत्मिक-प्रेम में।Θ

दोस्तों,

आत्मिक-प्रेम में वह शक्ति निहित है, जिससे शत्रु भी मित्र बन जाते हैं। प्रेम ताे वैसे ढाई आखर(ढाई अक्षर) का ही हाेता हैं। लेकिन इस ढाई आखर(ढाई अक्षर) में इतनी असीमित शक्ति निहित हैं, जिससे असंभव काे भी सरलता पूर्वक संभव में परिवर्तित किया जा सके।

“प्रेम” आत्मा(Soul) के ७ माैलिक गुणाें में से एक हैं। “प्रेम” माना आत्मा और परमात्मा(ईश्वर) के बीच संबंध।

आत्मा(Soul) के ७ माैलिक गुण यह हैं…..

1. शांति (Shanti),

2. सुख (Sukh),

3. प्रेम (Prem),

4. शक्ति (Power),

5. ज्ञान (Gyan),

6. पवित्रता (शुद्धि-Purity),

7. आनंद (आत्मिक खुशी-Anand),

काेई भी मनुष्य आपके साथ कितना भी बुरा बर्ताव करें फिर भी आप “प्रेम” कि शक्ति काे ना छाेडे़, आपकी कोशिश यही हाे कि आप उसके साथ भी प्रेमपूर्ण व्यवहार हि करें। एक ना एक दिन आपका शत्रु, आपके चरणाें में हाेगा।

आत्मिक-प्रेम हमे मनुष्याें से सच्चा स्नेह करना सीखाती हैं। आत्मिक-प्रेम से मनुष्य कें अंदर शहनशीलता, दया और करुणा स्वतः ही आ जाती हैं।

आज के समय में मनुष्याें के पास पैसा(Money) ताे बहुत है, लेकिन वर्तमान समय में मनुष्याें के पास ना ताे सच्ची शांति हैं, ना हि सच्चा सुख हैं। ऐसा इसलिए क्योंकी मनुष्याें के अंदर आत्मिक-प्रेम नहीं हैं।

जब तक मनुष्याें का मनुष्याें से आत्मिक-प्रेम नहीं हाेगा तब तक सच्चा सुख और सच्ची शांति ना मिलेगी।

दोस्तों,

सभी मनुष्याें काे यह समझना हाेगा कि…..

सभी मनुष्याें काे सभी मनुष्याें से आत्मिक-प्रेम के साथ स्नेह भरा व्यवहार करना हाेगा तभी सच्चा सुख और सच्ची शांति मिलेगी।

जीवन में दुःखाे से निराश हाेकर बैठ ना जाना तुम।

बाज लगभग ७० वर्ष जीता है …..

परन्तु अपने जीवन के,
४० वें वर्ष में आते-आते उसे…..
एक महत्वपूर्ण निर्णय लेना पड़ता है।

उस अवस्था में उसके शरीर के,
3 प्रमुख अंग निष्प्रभावी होने लगते हैं।

पंजे लम्बे और लचीले हो जाते है,
व शिकार पर पकड़ बनाने में,
असक्षम होने लगते हैं।

चोंच आगे की ओर मुड़ जाती है,
और भोजन निगलने में,
व्यवधान उत्पन्न करने लगती है।

पंख भारी हो जाते हैं….
और सीने से चिपकने के कारण,
पूरे खुल नहीं पाते हैं।
उड़ानें सीमित कर देते हैं।

भोजन ढूँढ़ना, भोजन पकड़ना,
और भोजन खाना … तीनों प्रक्रियायें,
अपनी धार खोने लगती हैं।

उसके पास तीन ही विकल्प बचते हैं…..
या तो देह त्याग दे,
या अपनी प्रवृत्ति छोड़ गिद्ध की तरह,
त्यक्त(छुटा हुआ) भोजन पर निर्वाह करे।

या फिर “स्वयं को पुनर्स्थापित करे”।
आकाश के निर्द्वन्द्व एकाधिपति के रूप में.

जहाँ पहले दो विकल्प सरल और त्वरित हैं,
वहीं तीसरा अत्यन्त पीड़ादायी और लम्बा।

बाज पीड़ा चुनता है…..
और स्वयं को पुनर्स्थापित करता है।

वह किसी ऊँचे पहाड़ पर जाता है, एकान्त में अपना घोंसला बनाता है…..
और तब प्रारम्भ करता है पूरी प्रक्रिया।

सबसे पहले वह अपनी चोंच,
चट्टान पर मार-मार कर तोड़ देता है,
अपनी चोंच तोड़ने से अधिक पीड़ादायक,
कुछ भी नहीं पक्षीराज के लिये।

तब वह प्रतीक्षा करता है,
चोंच के पुनः उग आने की।

उसके बाद वह,
अपने पंजे भी उसी प्रकार तोड़ देता है,
और प्रतीक्षा करता है…..
पंजों के पुनः उग आने की।

नये चोंच और पंजे आने के बाद,
वह अपने भारी पंखों को,
एक-एक कर नोंच कर निकालता है।
और प्रतीक्षा करता है…..
पंखों के पुनः उग आने की।

१५० दिन की पीड़ा और प्रतीक्षा…..
और तब उसे मिलती है,
वही भव्य और ऊँची उड़ान पहले जैसी नयी।

इस पुनर्स्थापना के बाद,
वह ३० साल और जीता है…..
ऊर्जा, सम्मान और गरिमा के साथ।

इच्छा, सक्रियता और कल्पना,
तीनों निर्बल पड़ने लगते हैं हममें भी।

हमें भी भूतकाल में जकड़े,
अस्तित्व के भारीपन को त्याग कर,
कल्पना की उन्मुक्त उड़ाने भरनी होंगी।

१५० दिन न सही …..
तो एक माह ही बिताया जाये,
स्वयं को पुनर्स्थापित करने में।

जो शरीर और मन से चिपका हुआ है,
उसे तोड़ने और…..
नोंचने में पीड़ा तो होगी ही।

बाज तब उड़ानें भरने को तैयार होंगे…..
इस बार उड़ानें और ऊँची होंगी,
अनुभवी होंगी, अनन्तगामी होंगी।

हर दिन कुछ चिंतन किया जाए,
और आप ही वो व्यक्ति हे,
जो खुद को दुसरो से बेहतर जानते है।

सिर्फ इतना निवेदन की निष्पक्षता के साथ,
छोटी-छोटी शुरुवात कर परिवर्तन करें।

बहाने Vs सफलता।

1. मुझे उचित शिक्षा लेने का
अवसर नही मिला…
उचित शिक्षा का अवसर
फोर्ड मोटर्स के मालिक
हेनरी फोर्ड को भी नही मिला ।

2. मै इतनी बार हार चूका ,
अब हिम्मत नही…
अब्राहम लिंकन 15 बार
चुनाव हारने के बाद राष्ट्रपति बने।

3. मै अत्यंत गरीब घर से हूँ …
पूर्व राष्ट्रपति अब्दुल कलाम भी
गरीब घर से थे।

4. बचपन से ही अस्वस्थ था…
आँस्कर विजेता अभिनेत्री
मरली मेटलिन भी बचपन से
बहरी व अस्वस्थ थी।

5. मैने साइकिल पर घूमकर
आधी ज़िंदगी गुजारी है…
निरमा के करसन भाई पटेल ने भी
साइकिल पर निरमा बेचकर
आधी ज़िंदगी गुजारी।

6. एक दुर्घटना मे
अपाहिज होने के बाद
मेरी हिम्मत चली गयी…
प्रख्यात नृत्यांगना
सुधा चन्द्रन के पैर नकली है ।

7. मुझे बचपन से मंद बुद्धि
कहा जाता है…
थामस अल्वा एडीसन को भी
बचपन से मंदबुद्धि कहा जता था।

8. बचपन मे ही मेरे पिता का
देहाँत हो गया था…
प्रख्यात संगीतकार
ए.आर.रहमान के पिता का भी
देहांत बचपन मे हो गया था।

9. मुझे बचपन से परिवार की
जिम्मेदारी उठानी पङी…
लता मंगेशकर को भी
बचपन से परिवार की जिम्मेदारी
उठानी पङी थी।

10. मेरी लंबाई बहुत कम है…
सचिन तेंदुलकर की भी
लंबाई कम है।

आज आप जहाँ भी है,
या कल जहाँ भी होगे।
इसके लिए आप किसी और को
जिम्मेदार नही ठहरा सकते।
इसलिए आज चुनाव करिये,
सफलता और सपने चाहिए
या खोखले बहाने।

Meditating With Open Eyes

It is advised to practice meditation with eyes open. When we sit to meditate, if we close our eyes, what we do is that we send a signal to our mind, intellect and our physical body that sleep is close and that signal, in turn, induces sleep. That is the last thing we want to induce inside ourselves, while meditating. Meditation is a way to wake up and stay awake, not only physically, but in terms of being conscious and alert about what is happening internally and externally. It is therefore good to practice with eyes open, so that during your meditation, you can become used to going beyond the physical inputs of what you see, hear, feel and smell and at the same time, remain exposed to these inputs.

By practicing with open or semi-open eyes, it becomes easier to create the accurate state of consciousness while still being faintly aware of our surroundings. This will be essential in day to day activities when we want to stay connected to our inner peace while others around us may not necessarily be very peaceful. It will also help us to move deeply into our peaceful consciousness during conversations which at the same time, require alertness to go into the depth of ideas and concepts. When we are established in our peaceful, spiritual state (as a result of meditating), it is as if we are keeping our third eye, the eye of our intellect, open, which gives us the ability to see, in actions and interactions, what is true and false, and to make the right decisions without being influenced by others or our own emotions. All the above abilities are required many times during the day. We obviously can’t keep closing our eyes to meditate each time any of these abilities are required.

You can always be successful when there is a desire to serve others.

Checking: At the end of each day, check if you have done anything for others. Also check if there is any consciousness of ‘I’ in all the things that you do for others. When there is even the slightest trace of a desire for benefit for yourself you cannot experience either contentment or success.

Practice: Each day take up at least one thing that would bring benefit to others, irrespective of whether it will get you anything or not. When you serve with no selfishness you will find yourself succeeding in all you do.

मुरली सार:- “मीठे बच्चे – बेहद की स्कॉलरशिप लेनी है तो अभ्यास करो-एक बाप के सिवाए और कोई भी याद न आये”

प्रश्न:- बाप का बनने के बाद भी यदि खुशी नहीं रहती है तो उसका कारण क्या है?
उत्तर:- 1- बुद्धि में पूरा ज्ञान नहीं रहता। 2- बाप को यथार्थ रीति याद नहीं करते। याद न करने के कारण माया धोखा देती है इसलिए खुशी नहीं रहती। तुम बच्चों की बुद्धि में नशा रहे-बाप हमें विश्व का मालिक बनाते हैं, तो सदा हुल्लास और खुशी रहे। बाप का जो वर्सा है-पवित्रता, सुख और शान्ति, इसमें फुल बनो तो खुशी रहेगी।

धारणा के लिए मुख्य सार:-
1) जैसे शिवबाबा का कोई भभका नहीं, सर्वेन्ट बन बच्चों को पढ़ाने के लिए आये हैं, ऐसे बाप समान अथॉरिटी होते हुए भी निरहंकारी रहना है। पावन बनकर पावन बनाने की सेवा करनी है।
2) विनाश काल के समय ईश्वरीय लॉटरी लेने के लिए प्रीत बुद्धि बन याद में रहने वा दैवीगुणों को धारण करने की रेस करनी है।

वरदान:- एक बल एक भरोसे के आधार पर माया को सरेन्डर कराने वाले शक्तिशाली आत्मा भव
एक बल एक भरोसा अर्थात् सदा शक्तिशाली। जहाँ एक बल एक भरोसा है वहाँ कोई हिला नहीं सकता। उनके आगे माया मूर्छित हो जाती है, सरेन्डर हो जाती है। माया सरेन्डर हो गई तो सदा विजयी हैं ही। तो यही नशा रहे कि विजय हमारा जन्म सिद्ध अधिकार है। यह अधिकार कोई छीन नहीं सकता। दिल में यह स्मृति इमर्ज रहे कि हम ही कल्प-कल्प की शक्तियां और पाण्डव विजयी बने थे, हैं और फिर बनेंगे।

स्लोगन:- नई दुनिया की स्मृति से सर्व गुणों का आह्वान करो और तीव्रगति से आगे बढ़ो।

Question: What are the reasons for not experiencing happiness even after belonging to the Father?
Answer: 1. The full knowledge doesn’t remain in the intellect.
2. You do not remember the Father accurately. Because you don’t remember Baba, Maya deceives you. This is why there isn’t happiness. You children should have intoxication in your intellects that the Father is making you into the masters of the world, and you will then always have enthusiasm and happiness. Become full of the Father’s inheritance of purity, happiness and peace and you will remain happy.

Essence for dharna:
1. Just as Shiv Baba doesn’t have any pomp and He has come as the Servant to teach you children, so, you are an authority like the Father and you too remain egoless. Become pure and do the service of making others become pure.
2. In order to claim a Godly lottery at the time of destruction, be one with a loving intellect and race to stay in remembrance and imbibe divine virtues.

Blessing: May you be a powerful soul and make Maya surrender on the basis of your having one strength and one support.
One strength and one support means to be constantly powerful. Where there is one strength and one support, no one can shake you. Maya wilts in front of such souls and surrenders herself. When Maya surrenders herself, you are constantly victorious. So, always have the intoxication that victory is your birthright. No one can snatch this right away from you. Let the awareness emerge in your hearts that you are the Shaktis and Pandavas who have been victorious every cycle, are victorious and so will be once again.

Slogan: Invoke all the virtues by having the awareness of the new world and move forward at an intense speed.
