ताे कभी-कभी मंज़िल ढूँढने मे ज़माने बीत जाते है॥

किसी ने आँख खाेली साेने की नगरी में।
ताे किसी काे घर बनाने में ज़माने बीत जाते है॥

कभी-कभी रात लगती है कुछ पलाे की, ताे…..
कभी सारी रात कटती है जाग-जाग कर॥

कभी रिश्ते बनाने मे ज़माने लग जाते है, ताे…..
कभी रिश्ते बन कर टूट जाते है कुछ ही पलाे में॥

क़ुदरत का करिश्मा देखाे कि काेई किसी से नज़रें…..
मिलाता है, ताे काेई किसी से हर समय नज़रें चुराता है॥

ϒ The Spiritual Director And The Actor ϒ

Spirituality adds great depth and value to Shakespeare’s famous words – All the world’s a stage, and all the men and women merely players. Through spirituality, I realize and experience myself as a soul, separate from the body, playing a part on the stage of the world through my physical body costume. The difference between the actor and the role is clearly understood. An added dimension then, to this consciousness is that God or the Supreme Being is the Spiritual Director of the play we are enacting.

The Director – God looks at the entire drama and every actor’s part from a broader perspective. His vision is not just limited to the present but stretches from the past (past not limited to this birth) to the future (future not limited to this birth) of each one’s part. I learn from the Director how to play my own part with accuracy, now as well as his training helps me for the future. Like any good actor, I need to have a lot of respect, appreciation, loyalty and love for the Director and immense faith in him. The Director is like a mentor or guide for an actor, to whom he surrenders completely. He knows that by doing that, his act will be of the highest quality. If he doesn’t do that and he performs his act his own way, his act will suffer and he will experience pain. As a result he will not be as successful as one who is willing to listen and learn from the Director. If I keep a little distance between me and my role, so I don’t lose sight of the Spiritual Director’s instructions and the way the play is moving, my part will be much easier to perform, better appreciated by all, and I will be extremely successful. Positive appreciation for a performance for an actor’s performance by the spectators is of great value to any actor, sometimes even more important than commercial success. So surrendering to the soul’s Director and having a strong relationship of mutual trust with him is particularly helpful at this time, when there is a lot of confusion on the stage of the Earth with billions of actors crowded here and our acts not exactly of the highest quality. So I, the spiritual actor need someone at this time who can tell me about mistakes committed by my in my past acts and improve my act of the present which will result in a positive present as well as future. Spirituality introduces me to that someone.

Expression: Everyone is irritated with a person who nags or talks negative all the time, especially if they are really close to us. During negative situations, we too tend to nag or have continuous negative talk with ourselves. Since we are our constant companions, we tend to end up getting irritated or upset by the end of the day.

Experience: Today I will talk positively to myself. I will encourage and explain to myself. I will not nag myself, but will have a positive conversation with myself. I will help myself become better by learning from my mistakes and encouraging my successes.

♥ मातृ दिवस की शुभकामनाएं ♥

मित्रों,

हम सब मदर्स डे बहुत उत्साह से मनाते हैं, सच कहें तो माँ के सम्मान में एक दिन क्या वर्ष के 365 दिन भी कम हैं।

जो जन्म देती है वो हमारी माँ है, इसके अलावा हम भारतीयों के लिये माँ का स्वरूप लिये गौ माता तथा धरती माता हैं, जिनका हमारे अस्तित्व को कायम रखने में विशेष स्थान है। आदि काल से गाय को माता के समान माना जाता है। यदि किसी कारण वश बच्चे को माँ का दूध नही मिल पाता तो नवजात शिशु को गौ माता का ही दूध दिया जाता है। गौ माता, पृथ्वी, प्रकृति तथा परमात्मा का स्वरूप है। भगवान बुद्ध को बुद्धत्व की प्राप्ति सुजाता द्वारा प्रदत्त गौ दूध की खीर से हुई थी। बाईबिल एवं कुरान में भी गौ माता की महिमा का उल्लेख है। वैज्ञानिकों ने जिस प्रकार विज्ञान का विकास किया उसी प्रकार आध्यात्मिक मनिषियों ने गौ विज्ञान का आविष्कार किया। गाय के दूध से समस्त समाज को शक्ति, बल एवं सात्विक बुद्धी प्राप्त होती है। गाय का गोबर एवं मूत्र खेती के लिये पोषण का कार्य करते हैं। एक सर्वे के अनुसार जापान जैसे आधुनिक टैक्नोलॉजी वाले देश में गाय के गोबर से बनी खाद को सबसे अच्छी खाद मानते हैं। गाय धरती पर एक मात्र प्राणी है जो ऑक्सीजन ग्रहंण करती है और ऑक्सीजन छोङती भी है। वो प्रकृति से 21% ऑक्सीजन लेती है और 5% लेकर 16% प्रकृति को वापस कर देती है। गाँव प्रधान एवं कृषी प्रधान देश भारत में गौ माता का कोई विकल्प नही है , फिर भी आज हम अपनी संस्कृति, गौ माता को अनदेखा कर रहे हैं। प्लास्टिक की थैलियों के रूप में उसे खाने को जहर दे रहे हैं। आज कई गौ माता की मृत्यु प्लास्टिक की थैलियां खाने से हो रही है, जिसे हम सभी जाने अंजाने में उसे दे रहे हैं। मानव संस्कृति की समृद्धि गाय की समृद्धि से जुङी हुई है। अतः हमें अपनी गौ माता को यत्र-तत्र बिखरी प्लास्टिक की थैलियों से बचाना होगा। यदि हम देश का विकास चाहते हैंं तो हमें हर हाल में गौ माता की रक्षा करनी होगी।

हम सबकी एक और माँ है वो है धरती माँ, जिसकी वजह से हम सबको रहने के लिये घर और जिवित रहने के लिये भोजन प्राप्त होता है। धरती पर ही अनाज, फल, फूल, साग सब्जियाँ इत्यादी उगते हैं जिससे सभी सजीव जगत का पालन पोषण होता है। पुराणों के अनुसार धरती को सदैव माता माना गया है और यहाँ तक की धरती पर पैर रखना भी पुराणों में पाप मान जाता है लेकिन धरती पर पैर रखे बिना व्यक्ति कोई कार्य नही कर सकता इसलिये सुबह-सुबह धरती पर पैर रखने से पहले क्षमा-याचना हेतु पुराणों में एक श्लोक दिया गया है,

समुंद्रवसने देवी पर्वतस्तन मंडिते।
विष्णुपत्नि नमस्तुभ्यं पादस्पर्श क्षमस्व में।।

अर्थात: समुद्र रूपी वस्त्र पहनने वाली पर्वत रूपी स्तनों से मंडित भगवान विष्णु की पत्नी, हे माता पृथ्वी, आप मुझे पाद (पांव) स्पर्श के लिए क्षमा करें।

ये कहना अतिश्योक्ति न होगा कि, ये श्लोक तो बहुत कम ही लोग अपने दैनिक जीवन में पढते होंगे। बरहाल धरती माता को आज सबसे बङा खतरा ग्लोबल वार्मिंग से है और रही सही कसर भू माफिया के आतंक से है। रत्नगर्भा, वसुंधरा को इस धरती के उन लोगों से सबसे ज्यादा खतरा है जो हरी भरी धरा को कंक्रीट के जंगलो में बदल रहे हैं। 22 अप्रैल को पृथ्वी दिवस मनाया जाता है, किन्तु मित्रों, सिर्फ एक दिन की जागरुकता से हम अपनी धरती माता की मुस्कान वापस नही कर सकते। इसके लिये हमें हर पल प्रयास करना होगा नये पेङ पौधों से धरती माँ की हरियाली को वापस लाना होगा।

मित्रों, गौ माता और धरती माता एक दूसरे की पूरक हैं। पुराणों और शास्त्रों में भी गौ माता को धरती माता का जीवन्त रूप माना गया है। इन दोनों का ही हम सबके जीवन में उतना ही महत्व है जितना की हमारी जन्मदात्री माँ का। अतः आज हम सब ये संकल्प करें कि, गौ माता तथा धरती माता की हर संभव रक्षा करेंगे।

Test Network Connection with Ping and PathPing

∗ Test Network Connection with Ping and Path-Ping ∗

Ping is a tool that helps to verify IP-level connectivity; PathPing is a tool that detects packet loss over multiple-hop trips. When troubleshooting, the ping command is used to send an ICMP Echo Request to a target host name or IP address. Use Ping whenever you want to verify that a host computer can send IP packets to a destination host. You can also use the Ping tool to isolate network hardware problems and incompatible configurations.

Note ≈>

If you call ipconfig /all and receive a response, there is no need to ping the loopback address and your own IP address — Ipconfig has already done so in order to generate the report.

It is best to verify that a route exists between the local computer and a network host by first using ping and the IP address of the network host to which you want to connect. The command syntax is:

ping < IP address >

Perform the following steps when using Ping:

Ping the loopback address to verify that TCP/IP is installed and configured correctly on the local computer.ping 127.0.0.1
If the loopback step fails, the IP stack is not responding. This might be because the TCP drivers are corrupted, the network adapter might not be working, or another service is interfering with IP.
Ping the IP address of the local computer to verify that it was added to the network correctly. Note that if the routing table is correct, this simply forwards the packet to the loopback address of 127.0.0.1.ping < IP address of local host >
Ping the IP address of the default gateway to verify that the default gateway is functioning and that you can communicate with a local host on the local network.ping < IP address of default gateway >
Ping the IP address of a remote host to verify that you can communicate through a router.ping < IP address of remote host >
Ping the host name of a remote host to verify that you can resolve a remote host name.ping < Host name of remote host >
Run a PathPing analysis to a remote host to verify that the routers on the way to the destination are operating correctly.pathping < IP address of remote host >

If your local address is returned as 169.254.y.z, you have been assigned an IP address by the Automatic Private IP Addressing (APIPA) feature of Windows 2000. This means that the local DHCP server is not configured properly or cannot be reached from your computer, and an IP address has been assigned automatically with a subnet mask of 255.255.0.0. Enable or correct the DHCP server, restart the local computer, and see if the networking problem persists.

If your local address is returned as 0.0.0.0, the Microsoft MediaSense software override started because the network adapter detects that it is not connected to a network. To correct this problem, turn off MediaSense by making sure that the network adapter and network cable are connected to a hub. If the connection is solid, reinstall the network adapter’s drivers or a new network adapter.

Ping uses host name resolution to resolve a computer name to an IP address, so if pinging by address succeeds, but fails by name, then the problem lies in host name resolution, not network connectivity. For more information about troubleshooting host name resolution, see “Unable to Reach a Host or NetBIOS Name” earlier in this chapter.

If you cannot use Ping successfully at any point, check the following:

The local computer’s IP address is valid and appears correctly in the IP Address tab of the Internet Protocol ( TCP/IP) Properties dialog box or when using the Ipconfig tool.
A default gateway is configured and the link between the host and the default gateway is operational. For troubleshooting purposes, make sure that only one default gateway is configured. While it is possible to configure more than one default gateway, gateways beyond the first are only used if the IP stack determines that the original gateway is not functioning. Since the point of troubleshooting is to determine the status of the first configured gateway, delete all others to simplify your troubleshooting.

♥ Important ♥

If the remote system being pinged is across a high-delay link such as a satellite link, responses might take longer to be returned. The -w (wait) switch can be used to specify a longer time-out. The following example shows a set of two pings, each 1450 bytes in size, that wait two seconds (2000 milliseconds) for a response before timing out.

C:\>ping -w 2000 -n 2 -l 1450 172.16.48.10

Pinging 172.16.48.10 with 1450 bytes of data:

Reply from 172.16.48.10: bytes=1450 time=1542ms TTL=32

Reply from 172.16.48.10: bytes=1450 time=1787ms TTL=32

Ping statistics for 172.16.48.10:

Packets: Sent = 2, Received = 2, Lost = 0 (0% loss),

Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds:

Minimum = 0ms, Maximum = 10ms, Average = 1664ms

♥ Clear ARP Cache ♥

If you can ping both the loopback address and your own IP address, the next step is to clear out the ARP cache and reload it. This can be done by using the Arp utility, first to display the cache entries with arp -a or arp -g . Delete the entries with arp -d < IP address >.

♥ Verify Default Gateway ♥

Next, look at the default gateway. The gateway address must be on the same network as the local host; if not, no messages from the host computer can be forwarded to any location outside the local network. Next, check to make sure that the default gateway address is correct as entered. Finally, check to see that the default gateway is a router, not just a host, and that it is enabled to forward IP datagrams.

♥ Ping Remote Host ♥

If the default gateway responds correctly, ping a remote host to ensure that network-to-network communications are operating as expected. If this fails, use Tracert to examine the path to the destination. For IP routers that are Windows NT or Windows 2000 computers, use the route utility or the Routing and Remote Access administrative tool on those computers to examine the IP routing table. For IP routers that are not Windows NT or Windows 2000 computers, use the appropriate utility or facility to examine the IP routing table.

Four error messages are commonly returned by Ping during troubleshooting. They are:

♥ TTL Expired in Transit ♥

The number of hops required to reach the destination exceeds the TTL set by the sending host to forward the packets. The default TTL value for ICMP Echo Requests sent by Ping is 32. In some cases, this is not enough to travel the required number of links to a destination. You can increase the TTL using the -i switch, up to a maximum of 255 links.

If increasing the TTL value fails to resolve the problem, the packets are being forwarded in a routing loop, a circular path among routers. Use Tracert to track down the source of the routing loop, which appears as a repeated series of the same IP addresses in the Tracert report. Next, make an appropriate change to the routing tables, or inform the administrator of a remote router of the problem.

♥ Destination Host Unreachable ♥

This message indicates one of two problems: either the local system has no route to the desired destination, or a remote router reports that it has no route to the destination. The two problems can be distinguished by the form of the message. If the message is simply “Destination Host Unreachable,” then there is no route from the local system, and the packets to be sent were never put on the wire. Use the Route utility to check the local routing table.

If the message is “Reply From < IP address >: Destination Host Unreachable,” then the routing problem occurred at a remote router, whose address is indicated by the “< IP address >” field. Use the appropriate utility or facility to check the IP routing table of the router assigned the IP address of < IP address >.

Next, use Tracert to follow the route to the destination. While Tracert does not record the address of the last hop or the path that the packet followed on the return path, it might show that the packet made it to the destination. If this is the case, the problem is probably a routing issue on the return path. If the trace doesn’t quite reach the destination, it might be because the target host is protected by a firewall. When a firewall protects the destination, ICMP packet filtering prevents the ping packets—or any other ICMP messages—from crossing the firewall and reaching their destination.

To check for network congestion, simply increase the allowed latency by setting a higher wait time with the -w switch, such as 5000 milliseconds. Try to ping the destination again. If the request still times out, congestion is not the problem; an address resolution problem or routing error is a more likely issue.

ϒ गाय हम सब की मां। ϒ

गाय के दूध, घृत, दही, गोमूत्र और गोबर के रस को मिलाकर पंचगव्य तैयार होता है। पंचगव्य के प्रत्येक घटक द्रव्य महत्वपूर्ण गुणों से संपन्न हैं।

इनमें गाय के दूध के समान पौष्टिक और संतुलित आहार कोई नहीं है। इसे अमृत माना जाता है। यह विपाक में मधुर, शीतल, वातपित्त शामक, रक्तविकार नाशक और सेवन हेतु सर्वथा उपयुक्त है।

गाय का दही भी समान रूप से जीवनीय गुणों से भरपूर है। गाय के दही से बना छाछ पचने में आसान और पित्त का नाश करने वाला होता है।

गाय का घी विशेष रूप से नेत्रों के लिए उपयोगी और बुद्धि-बल दायक होता है। इसका सेवन कांतिवर्धक माना जाता है।

गोमूत्र प्लीहा रोगों के निवारण में परम उपयोगी है। रासायनिक दृष्टि से देखने पर इसमें पोटेशियम, मैग्रेशियम, कैलशियम, यूरिया, अमोनिया, क्लोराइड, क्रियेटिनिन जल एवं फास्फेट आदि द्रव्य पाये जाते हैं।

गोमूत्र कफ नाशक, शूल गुला उदर रोग, नेत्र रोग, मूत्राशय के रोग, कष्ठ, कास, श्वास रोग नाशक, शोथ, यकृत रोगों में राम-बाण का काम करता है।

चिकित्सा में इसका अन्त: बाह्य एवं वस्ति प्रयोग के रूप में उपयोग किया जाता है। यह अनेक पुराने एवं असाध्य रोगों में परम उपयोगी है।
गोबर का उपयोग वैदिक काल से आज तक पवित्रीकरण हेतु भारतीय संस्कृति में किया जाता रहा है।

यह दुर्गंधनाशक, पोषक, शोधक, बल वर्धक गुणों से युक्त है। विभिन्न वनस्पतियां, जो गाय चरती है उनके गुणों के प्रभावित गोमय पवित्र और रोग-शोक नाशक है।

अपनी इन्हीं औषधीय गुणों की खान के कारण पंचगव्य चिकित्सा में उपयोगी साबित हो रहा है।

ध्यान दें:≈>

दुग्धाहार, श्रेष्ठाहार- दूध स्तनधारी प्राणियों के लिये वरदान है उस ईश्वर का जिसने दुनिया में उन्हें भेजा। गाय के साथ-साथ भैंस और बकरी के दूध का भी हम इस्तेमाल करते हैं। शायद ही ऐसा कोई मनुष्य हो जो दूध का पान किए बगैर ही बड़ा हो गया हो। “मातृ क्षीरंत अमृतं शिशुभ्य:” मां का दूध बच्चे के लिये अमृत है।

गौमाता की सुरक्षा के लिए संकल्प लीजिए, गौमाता की पूजा के लिये संकल्प लीजिए। चाहे किसी भी जाति सम्प्रदाय के हों, दूध पीने की आदत डालें। प्रक्रिया जो भी हो, मांस लाल होता है, दूध सफेद होता है। सफेद यानी शांति का प्रतीक। यह भी ईश्वर का एक संकेत ही है।

गाय को लेकर विशेष चर्चा इसलिए है कि गाय को बचाने के प्रयास हो रहे हैं। गाय हमारी माता है। हम सब उसके बच्चे हैं, उसके दूध पर आश्रित हैं। गाय का दूध गिलास में लेकर हम पीते हैं तो यह पुष्टिका है, कम से कम इतना तो कहा जा सकता है। गाय के दूध की उपयोगिता का वर्णन प्राय: असंभव है। ये बड़ी-बड़ी डेयरियां कहां से चलती हैं? ये पकवान कहां से बनते हैं? ये चाकलेट कहां से बनती है? ये मिठाइयां कहां से बनती हैं? स्वादिष्ट पनीर, दही, मावा सब के सब दूध से ही ताे बनते हैं। एक तरह से दूध न होता तो संसार नहीं होता।

गौमाता को अपने घर में रखकर तन-मन-धन से सेवा करनी चाहिये, ऐसा कहा गया है जो तन-मन-धन से गौ की सेवा करता है, तो गौमाता उसकी सारी मनोकामनाएँ पूरी करती है।

प्रातः काल उठते ही श्री भगवत्स्मरण करने के पश्चात यदि सबसे पहले गौमाता के दर्शन करने को मिल जाये तो इसे अपना सौभाग्य मानना चाहिये।

यदि रास्ते में गौ आती हुई दिखे, तो उसे अपने दाहिने से जाने देना चाहिये।

गौ के सामने कभी पैर करके बैठना या सोना नहीं चाहिये, न ही उनके ऊपर कभी थूकना चाहिये, जो ऐसा करता है वो महान पाप का भागी बनता है।

गौमाता को घर पर रखकर कभी भूखी – प्यासी नहीं रखना चाहिये, न ही गर्मी में धूप में बाँधना चाहिये। ठण्ड में सर्दी में नहीं बाँधना चाहिये, जो गाय को भूखी – प्यासी रखता है उसका कभी श्रेय नहीं होता।

नित्य प्रति भोजन बनाते समय सबसे पहले गाय के लिए रोटी बनानी चाहिये। गौग्रास निकालना चाहिये। गौ ग्रास का बड़ा महत्व है।

गौओ के लिए चरणी बनानी चाहिये, और नित्य प्रति पवित्र ताजा ठंडा जल भरना चाहिये, ऐसा करने से मनुष्य की “२१ पीढियाँ” तर जाती है।

गाय उसी ब्राह्मण को दान देना चाहिये, जो वास्तव में गाय को पाले, और गाय की रक्षा सेवा करे, यवनों को और कसाई को न बेचे। अनाधिकारी को गाय दान देने से घोर पाप लगता है।

नित्य प्रति गाय के परम पवित्र गोबर से रसोई लीपना और पूजा के स्थान को भी, गोमाता के गोबर से लीपकर शुद्ध करना चाहिये।

गाय के दूध, घी, दही, गोबर और गौमूत्र, इन पाँचो को ‘पञ्चगव्यऽ के द्वारा मनुष्यों के पाप दूर होते है।

कहते हैं गौ के “गोबर में लक्ष्मी जी” और “गौ मूत्र में गंगा जी” का वास होता है इसके अतिरिक्त दैनिक जीवन में उपयोग करने से पापों का नाश होता है, और गौमूत्र से रोगाणु नष्ट होते है।

जिस देश में गौमाता के रक्त का एक भी बिंदु गिरता है, उस देश में किये गए योग, यज्ञ, जप, तप, भजन, पूजन , दान आदि सभी शुभ कर्म निष्फल हो जाते है।

नित्य प्रति गौ की पूजा आरती परिक्रमा करना चाहिये। यदि नित्य न हो सके तो “गोपाष्टमी” के दिन श्रद्धा से पूजा करनी चाहिये।

गाय यदि किसी गड्डे में गिर गई है या दलदल में फस गई है, तो सब कुछ छोडकर सबसे पहले गौमाता को बचाना चाहिये। गौ रक्षा में यदि प्राण भी देना पड़ जाये तो सहर्ष दे देने से गौलोक धाम की प्राप्ति होती है।

यदि तीर्थ यात्रा की इच्छा हो, पर शरीर में बल या पास में पैसा न हो, तो गौ माता के दर्शन, गौ की पूजा और परिक्रमा करने से, सारे तीर्थो का फल मिल जाता है। गाय सर्वतीर्थमयी है। गौ की सेवा से घर बैठे ही ३३ करोड़ देवी – देवताओ की सेवा हो जाती है।

आओ हम-सब मिलकर गौमाता की रक्षा करने का दृढ़ संकल्प ले।

∇ Overcoming Possessiveness And Complexes In Close Relationships – Part 1 ∇

We are all aware and we all experience also that close knit family relationships are a constant source of happiness and love. But these relationships, many a times, also possess the capacity of bringing along with this love and joy, many different negative shades of possessiveness and domination, and complexes anddependencies. These are widespread ailments existing in our family relationships today, but which can be cured. Meditation is a very positive healing process which can cure the causes of these ailments, which exist inside the human souls. Once the causes are cured through meditation, relationships become extremely healthy, which provide the self from others and from the self to others, only and only positivity energy, in the form of positive and empowering thoughts, feelings, words and actions.

A common sign of these diseases is lack of respect for people close to us. As a result of an un-respectful consciousness, we sometimes behave with our nearest and dearest ones, like maybe our spouse or children or siblings (brothers or sisters) or parents, in such an offensive manner which we normally never and would not ever even think of showing towards people with whom we are not very close. It’s not just a question of mannerisms, but of inner respect for the other. So often in families, a particular fixed order in relationships, positions of higher and lower, positions of senior and junior, become established, leading to feelings of superiority and inferiority, the effects of which start penetrating in the relationships e.g. the mother-in-law is very dominating and takes it for granted that she will be listened to by the son and daughter-in-law. Or an older brother or sister orders around a younger sibling, not giving him/her enough space in which to speak his or her own mind and express himself/herself, leading to an inferiority complex in the younger sibling. Or a wife is extremely possessive of the husband, not giving him enough personal freedom. Once established, these behaviors become permanent sanskaras and tend to be carried with us through life, so that even when we have left the original family relationships and circumstances in which these behaviors existed, we bring the same personality traits into our new relationships and circumstances.

The one who is calm and cool is the one who makes the right decisions.

Expression: The natural nature of the human mind is to come under pressure and tension during negative situations. When there is a challenging situation, there is naturally the tendency to find it difficult to maintain an inner state of calm. But the one who has the ability to go within and find the inner calm is able to be clear in thinking and is able to make the right decisions.

Experience: When I am able to experience the inner state of calm, I am able to be clear in my thinking. With this clarity I find the right decisions and solutions emerging very naturally within my mind. I will never have the difficulty of having to make decisions, but all decisions are made with ease and they are right too.

∇ Overcoming Possessiveness And Complexes In Close Relationships – Part 2 ∇

we explain how meditation can cure these ailments with much ease. As I practice meditation, which is nothing but a practical exercise of experiencing soul consciousness, I carry that experience into my relationships. While interacting with each one of my closest of relations, I start becoming aware of myself as an eternal soul, an actor on the unlimited stage of the world, playing my act through the physical body costume and I see each one with the same consciousness. Also the realization grows that the role I am playing with others now is only one small part of the whole painting of life. I don’t know where I was, in which part of the painting and with whom, before I took this birth, nor where I will be afterwards. The same is true for those with whom I am close. Depending on the type of relationship, I do have a particular responsibility towards each one of them whilst we are playing our parts together, but this only lasts a short time within this eternal timeline e.g. as father and child, each has a particular role today, but who knows about yesterday or tomorrow?

In meditation, I stabilize in the consciousness that I am an eternal soul, and that all human beings are souls, members of a huge spiritual family. Roles will change, but as souls, we only have an unlimited spiritual relation, we are brothers, but have no other permanent physical relation. Becoming aware of this spiritual wisdom protects me against limited feelings of my mother, my husband, my sister and so on, where such feelings cause possessiveness and a desire to control, rather than pure spiritual love filled with equality. All problems are reduced in relationships, when the personality trait inside me that tries to control others, or is controlled by others, is removed. Both of these are negative behaviors, caused due to lack of inner security, not true responsibility or concern. By knowing myself as a soul, my self-respect returns and by seeing others in the same light, my respect for others returns. From this strong soul-conscious spectator point, there is an inner detachment (but not a lack of love) inside me and I’ll no longer feel a need to manipulate others or be manipulated by the other, but instead I will radiate pure feelings of genuine love, care and respect into my relationships. This causes the same energy to come back to me from my relationships.

Love creates the right environment for others’ positive growth.

Expression: Where there is love, a natural environment for others’ growth is created. Love gives the ability to perceive the positivity in others and gives the encouragement to others to bring about that positivity and use it for the benefit of the self and others.

Experience: When I have love for others, along with perceiving their specialities, I am also able to recognise and use my specialities and inner powers more and more. Knowing and using these specialities is naturally for the benefit of those around me. This gives me an inner experience of power which makes me a constant giver and a support for those around me.
