Essence: Sweet children, the Father has come to change thorns into flowers. The biggest thorn is body consciousness. It is through this that all other vices come. Therefore, become soul conscious.

Question: Due to not understanding which of the Father’s tasks have devotees considered Him to be omnipresent?
Answer: The Father is the One with many forms and, wherever there is a need, He enters any child in a second and benefits the soul in front of that one. He grants visions to devotees. He is not omnipresent but is a very fast rocket. It doesn’t take the Father long to come and go. Due to not understanding this, devotees say that He is omnipresent.

Essence for dharna:
1. In order to become worthy and sensible, become pure. Do service with the Father in order to change the whole world from hell into heaven. Become a helper of God.
2. Renounce the systems of the iron-aged world, the opinion of society and the code of conduct of the family and observe the true code of conduct. Become full of divine virtues and establish the deity community.

Blessing: May you be truthful and, with the foundation of truth, give the experience of divinity through your face and your activity.
In the world, many souls are called truthful or consider themselves to be truthful, but complete truthfulness is based on purity. Where there is no purity, there cannot be truth. The foundation of truth is purity and the practical proof of truth is the divinity on your face and in your activity. On the basis of purity, there is naturally and easily the form of truth. When both the soul and body become pure, you would then be said to be truthful, that is, you would be a deity who is filled with divinity.

प्रश्न:- भक्तों ने बाप के किस कर्त्तव्य को न समझने के कारण सर्वव्यापी कह दिया है?
उत्तर:- बाप बहुरूपी है, जहाँ आवश्यकता होती सेकण्ड में किसी भी बच्चे में प्रवेश कर सामने वाली आत्मा का कल्याण कर देते हैं। भक्तों को साक्षात्कार करा देते हैं। वह सर्वव्यापी नहीं लेकिन बहुत तीखा राकेट है। बाप को आने-जाने में देरी नहीं लगती। इस बात को न समझने के कारण भक्त लोग सर्वव्यापी कह देते हैं।

धारणा के लिए मुख्य सार:-
1) लायक और समझदार बनने के लिए पवित्र बनना है। सारी दुनिया को हेल से हेविन बनाने के लिए बाप के साथ सर्विस करनी है। खुदाई खिदमतगार बनना है।
2) कलियुगी दुनिया की रस्म-रिवाज, लोक-लाज, कुल की मर्यादा छोड़ सत्य मर्यादाओं का पालन करना है। दैवीगुण सम्पन्न बन दैवी सम्प्रदाय की स्थापना करनी है।

वरदान:- सत्यता के फाउण्डेशन द्वारा चलन और चेहरे से दिव्यता की अनुभूति कराने वाले सत्यवादी भव
दुनिया में अनेक आत्मायें अपने को सत्यवादी कहती वा समझती हैं लेकिन सम्पूर्ण सत्यता पवित्रता के आधार पर होती है। पवित्रता नहीं तो सदा सत्यता नहीं रह सकती। सत्यता का फाउण्डेशन पवित्रता है और सत्यता का प्रैक्टिकल प्रमाण चेहरे और चलन में दिव्यता होगी। पवित्रता के आधार पर सत्यता का स्वरूप स्वत: और सहज होता है। जब आत्मा और शरीर दोनों पावन होंगे तब कहेंगे सम्पूर्ण सत्यवादी अर्थात् दिव्यता सम्पन्न देवता।

Answer: Make effort for your vision of brotherhood to become firm. Forget everything except the one Father from your intellect. When you don’t remember any bodily relationships, you can become karmateet. The destination of your effort is to consider yourselves to be souls, brothers. By considering yourselves to be brothers, body-conscious vision and all vicious thoughts will end.

1. In order to attain a first-class beautiful body in the golden age, make the soul pure now. Remove the rust. Do not follow artificial fashion.
2. In order to become ever pure, practise not remembering anyone except the one Father. You should even forget that body of yours. Make the vision of brotherhood firm and natural.

प्रश्न:- सतयुग में तुम्हारे दर पर कभी भी काल नहीं आता है – क्यों?
उत्तर:- क्योंकि संगम पर तुम बच्चों ने बाप द्वारा जीते जी मरना सीखा है। जो अभी जीते जी मरते हैं उनके दर पर कभी काल नहीं आ सकता है। तुम यहाँ आये हो मरना सीखने। सतयुग है अमर-लोक, वहाँ काल किसी को खाता नहीं। रावण राज्य है मृत्युलोक, इसलिए यहाँ सभी की अकाले मृत्यु होती रहती है।

धारणा के लिए मुख्य सार:-
1) बन्धन मुक्त बनने वा अपनी उन्नति करने के लिए बुद्धि ज्ञान से सदा भरपूर रखनी है। मास्टर ज्ञान सागर बन, स्वदर्शन चक्रधारी होकर याद में बैठना है।
2) नींद को जीतने वाला बन याद और सेवा का बल जमा करना है। कमाई में कभी सुस्ती नहीं करनी है। झुटका नहीं खाना है।

वरदान:- इस अलौकिक जीवन में संबंध की शक्ति से अविनाशी स्नेह और सहयोग प्राप्त करने वाली श्रेष्ठ आत्मा भव
इस अलौ¬किक जीवन में संबंध की शक्ति आप बच्चों को डबल रूप में प्राप्त है। एक बाप द्वारा सर्व संबंध, दूसरा दैवी परिवार द्वारा संबंध। इस संबंध से सदा नि:स्वार्थ स्नेह, अविनाशी स्नेह और सहयोग सदा प्राप्त होता रहता है। तो आपके पास संबंध की भी शक्ति है। ऐसी श्रेष्ठ अलौकिक जीवन वाली शक्ति सम्पन्न वरदानी आत्मायें हो इसलिए अर्जी करने वाले नहीं, सदा राज़ी रहने वाले बनो।

The Two Dimensions Of Being A Detached Observer

There are two dimensions of being a detached observer – the inner dimension and the outer one.

Let us look at the inner dimension of detached observation. It is the ability or the technique to stand back from or observe in a detached way our own thoughts, feelings, emotions, attitudes and behavior. We are creators and our thoughts, feelings, emotions and attitudes are our creation. In fact, this is the first step to becoming a ruler of the self and making the self powerful. If we fail to detach from our thoughts and emotions then they will be our masters, they will go out of control and will, as a result, leak away or waste our energy. Practice simply being the witness of whatever you are thinking and feeling. This is an important aspect of any good spiritual practice and after a while you will find it an experience that both, frees you and empowers you.

The external dimension of detached observation is the technique of being a witness to or an observer of the scenes, of the world around us. As we stand back and watch the scenes of life being played, on the world stage around us, without being actively involved, we can see the ‘big picture’ more clearly. This makes it easier to judge clearly what is the most suitable contribution that we can make and the most suitable role we can play – through our thoughts, words and actions.

Just as darkness is the absence of light, negativity which manifests as vices and weaknesses inside us is merely the absence of spiritual light. Through the influence of negativity, the sense organs waste away the light. The question of vice, or sin, has been of a lot of importance in religion. No matter how much political or religious control has been imposed, nothing has been able to block the internal wasting away of the “light” of the soul. Light has a source but darkness does not. Darkness is not created by any source but is rather the absence of a source. In the same way, the negative forces do not emerge from the real nature of the self, but are simply symptoms of a lack of spiritual power or light. As spiritual power declines, symptoms of negativity such as anger, greed, ego, attachment, hatred, jealousy and related vices appear. On the other hand, as the soul’s power and spiritual light increases through a union (meditation) with the Supreme, the vices automatically disappear. In fact problems are not fundamentally caused by a particular vice, it is a question of the extent of one’s power. If I am weak, the sanskars mostly related to vices dominate my experience. If I am strong they do not have a chance to affect me.

The negative forces have often been personified as Ravana, Maya or Satan but in fact there is no such entity.Maya describes a level of consciousness. There is no outside being whom we can blame. The vices are symptoms of individual ignorance and loss of power, which appeared only when our original creative powers subsided as we came into the process of birth and rebirth. When the soul’s power fell below the level necessary to control matter and the senses; then the vices emerged inside the soul. The soul was more and more propelled by them through many births, until today when they appear to be a basic part of our real nature.

Experience: When I am able to take a closer look at myself, I am able to see which trait in my personality is getting in the way of my progress. Absorbing Spiritual Light – Part 2

How many times do we hear, * Oh, he is always in a bad mood…, * It is my nature to be irritable…, * He will never change… This shows the extent to which the soul’s own light has faded and been replaced by the dark curtain of negativity. Therefore it is better that we do not try to deal with each vice and defect individually. As the soul fills itself with the power of spirituality, its overall condition automatically improves.

Another significant point is that there is a deep-rooted awareness within the soul of God and Hissanskars, however much it may be covered by dirt and weakness. This is because each soul is the child of God and being his children we inherit his sanskars. These sanskars are present in us when we start playing our part in the physical world, but gradually they fade away as we take more and more births. As these sanskarsare brought to the surface of the consciousness, automatically our thoughts and behavior patterns change.

In modern psychology it is stated that we must express all our negative emotions and note suppress them. But the fact is that letting it out leads the soul further into slavery to that emotion. Remembering that thoughts, decisions and actions are formed on the basis of sanskars, which are deepened by repetition, the soul can only cause harm by expressing any defect or vice. On the other hand, the psychological effect of suppressing negative emotions can be quite drastic. Suppression can lead to severe personality problems, even madness or insanity. The right path is that we emerge our positive sanskars with the help of meditation and other self-development techniques and the negative ones automatically vanish away.

If we try and find the root causes of all forms of stress, we would find that both lazy and wrong thinking lie behind various stressful emotions. No one right from our childhood to when we are grown-ups puts this into our heads that we are each responsible for our own thoughts and feelings. Instead we are taught that others are responsible for what we think and feel. No one teaches us how to think. We are taught what to think in terms of knowledge of the world, but not how to shape our own thoughts and feelings.

In spirituality the self gets the required training to create positive and powerful thoughts, thoughts:

1. which are connected to true spiritual knowledge of the self,
2. which are beneficial to your own spiritual well-being,
3. that inject positive energy in the form of happiness, love and enthusiasm to those around you,
4. which are absolutely necessary in the context in which you find yourself,
5. which use all your subtle energies in an economical way,
6. which ensure that the result of any response you may create does not result in stress.

When no one teaches us that any mental or emotional discomfort comes from within our own consciousness, we also do not ever realize that any negative state of being is unnatural and a sign that our consciousness is out of shape. Performing A Spiritual Audit At The End Of The Day – Part 2

Yesterday we had explained how self evaluation at the end of the day is extremely vital to one’s progress and development. A useful exercise in this regard is keeping a daily chart for about 3 personality traits or pointsand filling it up every night (lesser than 3 is also fine, but not more , because then you might feel lazy in keeping the chart after a few days and also you might lose focus and the personality traits may not transform as much as you want). You could either evaluate yourself with a yes or no or perform a percentage wise evaluation like 50% or 90% for e.g. We have mentioned below, some of the common traits from which you could select the traits to keep a daily chart for. You could incorporate some other specific traits (not mentioned in this list), which you want to change or develop, depending on your personality:

In the entire day, today; not only in my words and actions, but also in my thoughts:
* Did I see everyone’s specialties and keep good wishes for each one, in spite of obvious weaknesses being visible?
* Did I remain free from all forms of anger, like irritation, frustration, grudge, revenge, etc.?
* Did I ensure that I neither give nor take sorrow, hurt, pain from anyone?
* Did I remain free from waste and negative?
* Did I remain ego less?
* Did I remain untouched by name, fame, praise, insult?
* Did I remain stable?
* Did I remain free from judgments, criticism, jealousy, comparison, hatred, etc.?
* Did I keep a conscious of serving each one whom I met?
* Did I bring the 8 main powers into practice and experience being powerful?
* Did I remain in self-respect and give respect to everyone?
* Did I practice being soul-conscious in actions and interactions?
* Did I take a one minute break every hour to reflect, meditate and control the traffic of thoughts in the mind?

Performing A Spiritual Audit At The End Of The Day – Part 1

Our normal day at the office or/and at home is filled with lots of actions and interactions. On a normal day, without realizing consciously, we create almost 30,000-40,000 thoughts. So, not only are we active physically but extremely active on a subtle or non-physical level also. Imagine sleeping with all this burden of thoughts, words and actions which have been created throughout the day, many of which have been waste and negative in nature. What would be the resulting quality of my sleep? So it is extremely important to perform a spiritual/emotional audit or evaluation at the end of each day.

In a lot of professional sectors of life today, people recognize the need for reflection and audit, not only of financial records but also a general evaluation of the respective sector, to maintain and improve both the service to customers and the job satisfaction of people working in the sector. Checking my own behavior, as a daily exercise; not just checking, but also bringing about respective changes for the next day, enables me to continue to develop and grow, as a human being and in the quality of my work and personal and professional relationships. Have gone through the self-evaluation, it is also advised to become completely light by submitting the mistakes made and heaviness accumulated in the day to the Supreme Being. Doing this helps me put a full-stop to the same and settle all my spiritual accounts at the end of the day. I need to put an end to all commas (when looking at scenes that caused me to slow down and reduced the speed of my progress), question marks (when looking at scenes which caused a why, what, how, when, etc…. in my consciousness) and exclamation marks (when looking at negative or waste scenes, which were unexpected and surprising) which were created in the day’s activities. Along with remembering what all good happened during the day, what did I achieve and what good actions did I perform, there is lots to forget at the end of the day, which should not be carried into my sleep at any cost. Disturbed, thought-filled, unsound sleep, will result in a not so fresh body and mind the next morning, which will cause my mood to be disturbed, adversely affecting the following day.
